The decor is nice and relaxing and the massage is outstanding. I had 1 hour body massage. Hot oil was used and my shoulders and back feel so much better after high tension in the area caused soreness. Her techniques are great and addressed my exact troubled areas - but all parts of the body is covered including a brief head massage. I feel so relaxed and good after the massage! The price is reasonable too and hope the price doesn’t go up like everywhere else.

My daughter and I went in for a massage for my birthday. It was well worth it. Everyone was so nice. The place smelled so good and everything was clean and sanitary. Would definitely go again

I received the BEST massage from Daniel at the Rockville location. First I was impressed by how clean it was and how nice the aroma was. I have always had an issue with paying for anything over an hour and feeling like as I get a half-assed service once I doze off. I booked a 2 hrs massage at Massage Crystal in Rockville and Daniel was awesome, the intensity was just what I asked for, making sure the pain points I mentioned to him were all gone. I left feeling the most rejuvenated. I will definitely be going back. I encourage you to book that 2 hrs massage as well and ask for Daniel. You won’t regret it

I had a great experience here! The staff was super friendly, and they even provide snacks. The place is very clean and quiet, and I loved the interior and décor. I wish it was a full day spa because it’s such a relaxing environment. They also have robes if you need to use the red light room. My masseuse, Angie, was amazing—knowledgeable and attentive. She listened and focused on the areas I mentioned with perfect light pressure. The different room options are nice, and the prices can’t be beat. I’ll definitely be back!

New massage spot next to Citibank with parking right out front. The décor feels high-end and there are many rooms, some quite ornate. Prices are very reasonable - $75 for 60 minutes with optional oil and hot stones for $15. Ambiance and value are a solid 5/5. I chose the medicated oil, which had a cooling sensation, but the room never warmed up even after the therapist said she turned on the heat. For the massage itself, the check-in tablet lets you choose pressure and focus areas. I selected the deepest pressure, but it still felt average, and with the oil, parts of it felt more like a light rubdown. Massage quality is average only 3/5. Not impacting my rating, but the Groupon experience was frustrating. They said limited availability for redemption and claimed the next opening was in two months, and twice suggested I ask Groupon for a refund. When I mentioned I’d note this in my review, they called the owner on speaker who spoke quite crassly in Chinese. After several minutes of back-and-forth on their part, they agreed to honor it since they had openings - and I ended up getting a massage immediately with no wait, which made the earlier refusal feel unnecessary.
